About the Plan

Lent is a time for prayer and interior conversion. The meditations used in our Lent: Redeemed Series can help you to do just that. The brief but powerful meditations can help you to focus on the life, death and resurrection of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.

No matter how crazy your schedule gets, it’s essential to take time for prayer and exercise. Of course, you can do the Lent classes any time, but if you like to follow a plan, join other members of the Pietra Fitness community by using this easy-to-follow calendar. It will take the guesswork out of it and keep you on track.

On the days we go live, you can substitute the live class or do it in addition. If the live schedule doesn’t work for you, no worries, the live classes will be put into the on-demand videos as soon as possible for you to do any time.

Lent: Redeemed 2021 Plan



As with all of the videos in our online studio, you can do the classes in this Lent Series any time of the year and in any order. But if you are someone who wants to eliminate the guesswork of putting together a fitness routine, our 40-day plan has got you covered. The plan starts on Ash Wednesday, and ends on Holy Saturday. With this easy-to-follow calendar, you can stay the course—or get back on track if you miss a workout. You can also incorporate our live classes that will focus on lent for the meditation.

You can use this plan during any 40-day period; however, we recommend starting on a Wednesday so the rest days falls on Sunday. We also suggest bookmarking this page so you can quickly access the daily videos.
