Coming Home
Coming Home is a series of classes designed for the busy person seeking to grow in relationship with Christ and renewed clarity and vision for his/her life and home. Amidst the hustle and bustle of life, this is your invitation to pause and receive so that you can give from a place of abundance. Depending on the day, you can choose a gentle or intermediate class with the opportunity to meditate on: Contemplating who you are – “I have called you by name, you are mine” - Isaiah 43:1, Clarifying the essentials - “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” - Matthew 6:19, and Cultivating your Life - “So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom” - Psalm 90:12.
God called us to be His own, not because of anything we do, but because of who we are: His beloved, His pearl of great price. God calls each one by name. You will have time to contemplate the fact that you are sacred and have been endowed with a particular mission that only you can fulfill as you gently strengthen your body, mind, and soul. Lori works the whole body but focuses on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles used to help maintain good posture.
Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2158 – 2159. Pope Francis, Gaudete Et Exsultate, On the Call to Holiness in Today’s World, 13
