FAQ: Account
Let's talk about your Pietra Fitness membership, and what to do when you lose your password or need to change your account email.
To update your credit card information, please sign in to pietrafitness.com and follow these simple steps.
- Click on "My Account" in the menu system.
- Click on the "Billing" tab.
- Click "Update" to modify your payment method.
- Click “Save".
To sign in, please click this link. You will remain logged in for 7 days, and then you will need to log in again.
To reset your password, please click on this link to open the login prompt.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up for your membership and click “Reset Password.”
- You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Follow the link and enter your new password.
- Make sure you save your changes on your local device or write your password down.
Helpful Tips:
- Passwords need to be at least eight characters long, cannot contain any commonly used words or phrases, and cannot be any of your past three passwords.
- If you are being prompted to enter your old password, it means that you are already signed in to pietrafitness.com. Please make sure you are signed out on all of your browsers (in case your email opens up a different browser when you click on a link).
- If you are being prompted with the error message “INVALID TOKEN,” clear cookies and cached files.
To cancel your monthly membership, please sign in to pietrafitness.com and follow these simple steps
- On the welcome page, please click on "My Account" in the menu system.
- Navigate to the second tab (Plan) and click on "cancel membership."
Note: You will still have membership access until the end of your current monthly billing cycle.

- At the top of the welcome page in the menu system, click "My Account"
- Make changes to the Email field, and save your changes
