Journeying with the Saints Through Trials
God comforts in times of trial. Our journey through life is often marked by difficulty and suffering. Everyone experiences it at some time or another, and it is easy to give in to discouragement. We can look to our friends, the saints, for guidance and wisdom because they, too, had to pass through much difficulty and affliction. We can journey with them as they help us to practice our faith during these rough times and allow ourselves to experience God’s comfort. Each class in this gentle series is balanced yet with a different physical focus, for example, the back and hips. Also, each class has a different spiritual focus and saint with whom to walk.
