Prenatal Classes

Hi expectant mamas! Congratulations on your little miracle within you! We are so glad you are here. During pregnancy, you will experience normal and predictable changes in your body. Our prenatal classes can assist you in growing comfortable in your changing body and help to improve your nervous system and calm your mind. The relaxation you will feel will also be of benefit for pain management during labor. The classes will aid in building stamina and strength as well as help in balancing changing hormones and reducing stress, all while keeping you and your baby safe. Special attention is paid to the core and pelvic floor. The best part is, the prayers and Scriptures will nurture your soul. The inspiring meditations are written by Clare Schiller, Foundation 3 Pietra Fitness Instructor, with calming, peaceful music by Catholic artist Francesca La Rosa. The beautiful Gregorian Chant is by Donna Stewart and Ron Andrico of Mignarda.
