Beth is certified to lead Gentle, Level 1 and Level 2 classes.
Beth has lived in Spring Valley, Wisconsin, most of her life with her husband Gregg. They have four grown and married children and 12 grandchildren. Beth completed her Foundation Level 3 Certification in May, 2019. Classes are offered in the Brother Michael Center at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spring Valley WI. Classes are offered twice a week in 2 or 3 week sessions, to keep the commitment manageable for everyone!
