Maria is certified to lead Gentle, Level 1 and Level 2 classes.
Maria lives in Columbus, OH with her husband Brian and their four children. She attends St. Michael parish in Worthington.Maria is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has long understood the importance of uniting body, mind, and spirit for overall wellness. Practicing prayer, meditation and exercise separate from each other for years, she desired to find a way to unify those elements of her life and found Pietra Fitness. She practiced Pietra on her own for a year and felt called to become an instructor and share the benefits with others.
Maria is so excited to bring Pietra to Columbus to help women, men, and children become stronger, renewed, and refreshed in their spiritual, physical, and mental health.
