Theology of the Body K-5
This series is geared toward grades K-5 and will introduce Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body in an age-appropriate way while also teaching them how to glorify God through their bodies with exercise. The short classes work on strength, flexibility, posture, and balance while helping to reduce stress by calming the nervous system. Best of all, it will bring their minds and hearts to God! It features the beautiful music of Gregorian Chant for Kids!

Before starting, she reviews the following exercises: Standing Backbend, Hanging with Twist, Pike, Plank, and Full Squat.
