Each week you will receive an email to motivate you week after week. The emails will include a weekly workout plan to strengthen your body, a weekly bible verse to focus your mind on the Lord, and a meditation and resolution to restore your soul. You will also receive a daily health tracker to support you in establish fruitful habits of better health.

Rachel lives in Kansas City, MO and enjoys being a daughter, granddaughter, sister, sister-in-law and aunt! She loves the beauty of the Catholic faith, enjoys the sunshine, finds joy with a morning at daily Mass, and trying new paleo recipes (especially desserts!).
Rachel has been in the health/exercise field for over 10 years. She is a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer and health coach through American Council on Exercise. Bringing together fitness and faith brings her great joy. Rachel is grateful to be a part of the Pietra Fitness family and bring glory to God through fitness. Becoming certified in Pietra Fitness, helped her to create her local fitness apostolate Fiat Fit.
